To assist you in making your travel arrangements, plan to arrive on Sunday, February 23 in time for a 6:00 PM welcome reception and depart on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.

The official conference program is two days—Monday, February 24 and Tuesday, February 25—from approximately 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern Time, on both days as follows.

Sunday, February 23

• 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. Registration Open
• 6 – 9 p.m.     Welcome Reception

Monday, February 24

• 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. Registration Open
• 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. General Session
• Dinner/Evening on Your Own

Tuesday, February 25

• 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. Info Desk
• 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. General Session
• 6 – 9 p.m. Closing Reception

Wednesday, February 26

• 11 a.m. Check Out

NOTE: The conference badge will grant you entrance to ALL conference events, including the welcome reception on Sunday, February 23 at approximately 6:00 PM ET. Plan your trip accordingly to allow enough time to check into the hotel and pick up your badge from the conference registration desk before heading to the welcome reception.
