Who Can Register?

All 2024 RPAC President's Circle Investors & Platinum R Investors are invited to attend. Check on your current investments.

Members who complete their $2,000 PC investment by the deadlines listed below will receive the registration link via email on the corresponding registration open date. Members who complete their investment any time after each noted deadline will receive their link at the next registration open date. The final date to complete the $2,000 investment is September 30, 2024.

Hotel Rooms*

The main room block is at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, which is considered the HQ hotel where most events will be held, except for the closing reception, which is planned to take place at The Ritz. Both properties are connected via the conference center and are a short walk from each other.

Due to high demand, our room block at The Ritz is currently sold out.

However, rooms are still available at the JW Marriott for the main conference nights (February 23, 24, and 25), which will be guaranteed to qualifying PC members throughout the registration period.

Members wishing to extend their stay at either property beyond the main conference nights will have access to a very limited number of additional rooms, subject to availability. For more information visit the Lodging and Travel section.

*NOTE: The deadline to register and book your hotel room is Friday, January 10, 2025.

Registration Fee

A $695 fee to attend the conference will be assessed to each member who registers. This fee includes the President’s Circle member + one guest. You will need to provide your credit card information which will be charged at the time of registration. Should you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us at PCConf@nar.realtor no later than Monday, February 10, 2025.

Guest Registration Fee(s)**

To accommodate the growth of this conference, guest fees have been instituted for additional guests beyond the one that is included. However, only guests who intend to attend the conference events (meals, receptions, and sessions) must register. Guests simply staying at the resort with you, but not planning to attend any conference events, do not need to register.

**NOTE: Name badges will be provided at the conference registration desk for each registered member and their registered guest(s). Your name badge identifies you as a meeting participant and must be always worn during event. Unregistered guests or those who do not wear a badge will not be granted entry into conference events.

Guest fees will be added to your total and your credit card will be charged at the time of registration. Guest name changes can be made at any time by using the link from your confirmation email or by contacting us at PCConf@nar.realtor.

Cancelation/Refund Deadline

The registration cancelation/ refund deadline is Monday, February 10, 2025. Reimbursements must be requested at PCConf@nar.realtor.
