Hotel Location

The main room block is at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, which is considered the HQ hotel where most events will be held, except for the closing reception, which is planned to take place at The Ritz. Both properties are connected via the conference center and are a short walk from each other.

The check in time at both hotels is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.

Housing Information

NAR covers room and tax for three nights of standard room accommodations—Sunday, February 23, Monday, February 24 and Tuesday, February 25, 2025. Please note that a $40 + tax resort fee per room/night will be charged at the time of check in for those who have reservations beyond the three main nights.

PLEASE NOTE: New bookings will be offered at the best available rate provided by the hotel at the time of booking. Availability is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

*The negotiated group rate at the Marriott is $369/per night + taxes. Any difference above this rate will be the responsibility of the member.

Guest Information

Please note that the max. number of occupants per hotel room is four (4), regardless of age.

Only guests who intend to attend any conference events (meals, receptions, and sessions) must register. Guests simply staying at the resort with you, but not planning to attend any conference events, do not need to register.

Guest information can be added at any time by using the link in your confirmation email.

Unregistered guests will not be granted entry into conference events.

Cancelation/Refund Deadline

The registration cancelation/ refund deadline is Monday, February 10, 2025. Reimbursements must be requested at PCConf@nar.realtor.

*In the case of unforeseen circumstances that prevent a member from traveling or attending the event, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Both hotels are 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO).
