Who is invited to attend the 2025 President’s Circle conference? How can I verify if I completed my investments?

I do not want to miss important PC Conference communication. What can I do?

Conference registration notifications are sent from the following email address: email_confirm@confmail.experient-inc.com. Please make sure you add this email address to your ‘safe sender’ list, to receive conference updates in your email inbox.

When should I plan to arrive and depart for the conference?

  • Plan to arrive on Sunday, February 23, in time for a cocktail reception, which will be held 5:00 to 7:00 pm ET.
  • The official conference program is two days: Monday, February 24 and Tuesday, February 25, 2025, from 8am-12pm ET on both days and will be held at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes. Keep checking the Schedule section for more information.
  • Plan your departure for Wednesday, March 26. The check in time at both hotels is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.

Could I extend my stay beyond the conference dates?

  • A limited number of hotel rooms will be available with the registration launch on August 8 on dates outside the main conference dates. You will have the opportunity to select additional hotel nights during the registration process. Please see the Lodging & Travel section for details.
  • The negotiated hotel room rate is $369/night at JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes and $429/night at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes, not including applicable taxes and fees. Additionally, a $40 + tax resort fee per room/night will be charged at the time of check in for those who have reservations beyond the three main nights.

Are there any NAR airline discount codes available?  

NAR has negotiated airline discount codes with United Airlines and Delta Air Lines.

  • United Airlines: Make your flight reservations with United Airlines using this dedicated link. If you book through the United app or on the United website, you must enter the code ZPHG319665 into the Promotional Offer box to get the discount. Tickets may also be booked by calling the United Meetings Desk Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. CST, and Saturdays/Sundays from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST at 800-426-1122 for booking assistance. Booking fees are waived for Meeting Reservations.
  • Delta Airlines: Book your flights with Delta Airlines using this dedicated link. I want to modify my hotel reservation; how can I do that?

You can modify your hotel reservation by accessing your registration record in the confirmation email. Should you need assistance locating the conformation email or changing the reservation please contact us at PCConf@nar.realtor.

My guest can no longer attend. How do I update or replace the name of my guest in the registration record?

Please contact us at PCConf@nar.realtor with this request, and we will update your registration record accordingly.  

What costs are included in the $695 registration fee?

The registration fee to attend the conference includes the following for RPAC President’s Circle investors and one guest:

  • Hotel lodging for the main three conference nights.
  • Meals associated with the conference.

Could I bring more than one guest, and do I need to register my guest(s)?

  • Please note that the max. number of occupants per room is four (4), regardless of age.
  • Only guests who intend to attend any conference events (meals, receptions, and sessions) must register. Guests simply staying at the resort with you, but not planning to attend any conference events, do not need to register.
  • You will have the opportunity to add additional guests during the registration process. Guest fees will be added to your total and your credit card will be charged at the time of registration. Guests can be added at any time during the registration process by using the link in your confirmation email.
  • Unregistered guests will not be granted entry into conference events.

What is the registration deadline and when can I cancel for a refund?

  • The deadline to register and book your hotel room is Friday, January 10, 2025. We recommend confirming your flights and travel plans before you reserve your room. If, for unforeseen reasons, your reservations dates change, you will have the ability to adjust them through your email confirmation or by contacting us at PCConf@nar.realtor for assistance.
  • The registration cancelation/ refund deadline is Monday, February 10, 2025. Cancelations and reimbursements must be requested at PCConf@nar.realtor.

What is the conference dress code?

Dress is business casual, which means dressing professionally, looking relaxed yet neat and pulled together.

What will the weather be like?

Plan for weather before you arrive by checking the local weather. The average daily temperatures in Orlando in February range from the low 60s to the mid-70s.

Is the hotel ADA compliant?

Yes. Should you require ADA-compliant accommodations, please email PCConf@nar.realtor.

What is the hotel pet policy?

  • JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes: Pets are welcome at the JW Marriott as follows: two cats or dogs per room, 40lbs max.
  • The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes: Pets are welcome as follows: 1 dog/cat, 25 lbs max. per room.
  • Non-refundable pet fee per stay at both properties is $250.
