Purpose
The purpose of the Judith Lindenau RCE Scholarship is to further the REALTOR® association management profession by funding up to 3 Association Executives who are pursuing the REALTOR® association Certified Executive (RCE) designation.
Recipients will receive up to $650 to cover the expense of submitting the RCE Applicant Data Form (ADF - $425) and the one-time Certification Fee ($225).

Who was Judith Lindenau
Judith Lindenau, RCE, was executive vice president of the Traverse Area Association of REALTORS®, MI, from 1978 to 2007, and a recipient of the William R. Magel Award of Excellence. Judith was a charter member of the RCE Certification Advisory Board who made many lasting contributions to the RCE designation.
Eligibility
You are eligible to apply if you are a full- or part-time employee of a local or state association of REALTORS®, a business which is, directly or indirectly, wholly owned by one or more REALTOR® associations, or a regional multiple listing service owned by a REALTOR® association.
Qualified candidates must demonstrate financial need, professional development initiative, must have successfully completed the REALTOR® Association Management Self Study Course, and meet other criteria listed on the application.
Nomination Procedures
The nomination form for the Judith Lindenau RCE Scholarship is closed and will re-open in August 2027. Nomination forms are submitted online.
Selection Timeline
Scholarship recipients will be selected in October and candidates must submit their ADF no later than December 1 of the year the scholarship is awarded.
