All Local Associations, Commercial Overlay Boards and State Associations are required to comply with the Core Standards annually. Below are the Core Standards criteria for Local Associations, Commercial Overlay Boards and State Associations.

Local Associations

Every local association of REALTORS® shall annually demonstrate compliance with the following Core Standards.

State Associations

Every state association of REALTORS® shall annually demonstrate compliance with the following Core Standards. As used in this policy “state association” and “state association of REALTORS®” includes the territorial associations of REALTORS®.
