Rebecca “Becky” Jones, AHWD, GREEN, is a certified USPAP instructor and winner of the president’s award from the Real Estate Educators Association. Jones started her real estate career in 1987 as a salesperson before transitioning into appraisal. Her company, Upstate Appraisal, is based in Binghamton, N.Y. She served as president of the New York State Society of Real Estate Appraisers in 2009, chair of the New York State Association of REALTORS®’ Appraisal Committee in 2017, and chair of NAR’s Real Property Valuation Committee in 2018.
