You don’t have to imagine it: Productive.ai, a San Mateo, Calif., startup, is using artificial intelligence to pull real-time information from phone conversations and provide automatic notes, summaries, tasks, events and CRM logging. At the 2023 Innovation, Opportunity & Investment Summit in Miami in August, judges selected Productive.ai as the winner in the fifth annual Pitch Battle competition.
The iOi Summit and Pitch Battle—hosted each year by Second Century Ventures, the strategic investment arm of the National Association of REALTORS®—give companies a way to showcase innovative new tools for commercial and residential real estate.
The Pitch Battle’s “crowd favorite,” as voted on by the in-person and virtual audience, was ListAssist, another AI-focused business that integrates with brokerage websites and portals to build a deep understanding of every property they have on the market.
