He was named to REALTOR® Magazine’s 2016 class of “30 Under 30,” which honors up-and-coming real estate stars. Beacher served as the 2022 president of the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS®.

Ann Enos

Ann Enos is a former real estate professional who now serves as the director of professional development for Rhode Island REALTORS®. An approved instructor for the Center for REALTOR® Development, Enos has worked as a training manager and supervising broker for various brokerage offices. In her previous career as a practitioner, Enos served as president-elect for the Kent Washington Association of REALTORS®.

Janet Judd

Janet Judd, ABR, CRS, is a broker-associate with RE/MAX Results in Chesterfield, Mo., who had a previous career as a police office. She served as the 2015 president of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS® and the 2022 president of Missouri REALTORS®. Judd also served as the 2022 chair of NAR’s REALTOR® Safety Advisory Committee.

Tracey Hawkins

Tracey Hawkins, also known as “Tracey, the Safety Lady,” is a former real estate agent who founded her own safety education program, Safety and Security Source, in 1995. Hawkins is a content creator who teaches 12 interactive safety classes that she wrote herself. She teaches agents to stay safe and build their businesses by protecting the consumer. She teaches brokerages how to reduce liability. Hawkins has written expert safety content for REALTOR® Magazine and other national real estate publications, including RISMedia, Inman and The Close.
