The National Association of REALTORS® Community Outreach Program provides grants and resources to support REALTOR® Associations’ efforts in addressing affordable housing challenges, community planning and development issues, revitalization opportunities, fair housing education, initiatives and activities.
The program provides a number of webinars throughout the year to assist associations on leveraging these grants to advance their community development, fair housing advocacy, engagement, and educational initiatives. Each webinar will provide valuable insight into funding levels, types of initiatives supported, eligible expenses, key points of contact and more.

Join NAR for an interactive virtual training and work session for association staff. This session will inspire and support participants, providing real-time feedback on ideas to advance fair and attainable housing and homeownership opportunities in their communities – and highlight how NAR grants can help.
This session is open to all experience levels and will include:
- Detailed examples of the types of initiatives you can launch, with grant support.
- A summary of policy successes around the country to help you think about advancing policy in your own community.
- Breakout rooms with peer associations and NAR staff to brainstorm and develop your ideas, share experiences, and receive immediate feedback.
- Sharing of NAR resources available for your association.
