Ezekiel (Zeke) Morris, Managing Broker of Exit Strategy Realty/EMA Management in Chicago, is the National Association for REALTORS® 2025 REALTOR® Party Director.

Zeke has served in many roles in the REALTOR® organization. At the national level, he has served on the Board of Directors, State and Local Issues Mobilization Support Committee, Fair Housing Policy Committee, and the Federal Housing Policy Committee, among others. In 2018, Zeke was chosen to chair NAR’s Fair Housing Act Anniversary Implementation Group, spearheading the association’s efforts to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Fair Housing Act.

He has served multiple terms on the Illinois REALTORS® Board of Directors and was 2020 Treasurer. In 2022, he became the state association’s first African-American president. Zeke was recognized as REALTOR® of Year in 2023 by Illinois REALTORS® and in 2013 by the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. Zeke has also been inducted into the REALTORS® Political Action Committee Hall of Fame.

The Chicago Association of REALTORS® awards the Zeke Morris Scholarship to fund aspiring REALTORS®’ college study or pre-license study, as well as post-license study for CAR members.

Zeke earned a bachelor’s degree from Upper Iowa University. He is the president of Ada S. McKinley Community Services, Inc., a Chicago-based charity, and works in the housing and economic development ministry of Chicago’s Trinity United Church of Christ.
