Yoshinori Takita (ABR®, AHWD, C2EX, CIPS, e-PRO®, GRI, PSA, RSPS, SFR®, SRES®), a REALTOR® from New York City, was the 2024 NAR Global Real Estate Liaison.

Yoshinori has been active at the local, state, and national levels. He first joined the Long Island Board of REALTORS® in 2002, where he served on the Board of Directors in 2010. He also served Long Island as 2014 Chair of the Fair Housing and Culture Diversity Committee and 2019 Chair of the Global Committee.

At the New York State Association of REALTORS®, he served as Chair of the Fair Housing and Culture Diversity Committee in 2013.

At the national level, Yoshinori served as a Global Ambassador to Vietnam, and Cambodia, and Indonesia in 2022 and 2023, Chair of CIPS Advisory Board in 2022, NAR President Liaison to Mongolia in 2017 and 2018, and a member of the NAR Diversity Committee in 2012.

Born and raised in Osaka, Japan, Yoshinori has been a New York state licensed real estate agent since 2002. He graduated from NAR’s Leadership Academy in 2015.

Yoshinori has earned many awards for his contributions to the industry. He was awarded the Long Island Board of REALTORS® YPN Top 20 Under 40 Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013. In 2019, he was inducted into the Long Island Board of REALTORS® Hall of Fame and the New York State Association of REALTORS® Hall of Fame. Yoshinori was named Long Island Board of REALTORS® REALTOR® of the Year and Salesperson of the Year in 2022.

Yoshinori is an RPAC Major Investor and became a President’s Circle Member in 2017. He was inducted into the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame in 2022.

Yoshinori has a passion for global real estate and has attended many international business trips and trade missions. He founded FIABCI-Mongolia in 2019 with Real Estate Academy of Mongolia.
