Practice Changes Toolkit

In advance of the August 17 practice changes deadline, the NAR legal and communications teams have prepared the following materials to assist in communicating about the practice changes to members, consumers, and other stakeholders. This toolkit includes the following materials:

• National NAR press release reminding members, consumers, and stakeholders of the practice changes (State and local associations to issue only following NAR national press release on or around July 31).
• Template version of the press release that can be adapted and issued by state and local associations for additional amplification.
• Talking points on the practice changes for use in member conversations, consumer discussions, and media interviews.
• Template blog and newsletter copy which can be used to amplify the upcoming implementation date through association and surrogate-owned communications channels.
• Social media graphics and suggested copy for association leaders, surrogates and interested members to post on their channels.
