Ryan Davis leads culture and change management initiatives at the National Association of REALTORS®. He also oversees NAR’s partnerships with diverse real estate organizations to expand homeownership opportunities, provides strategic guidance to executives across state and local REALTOR® associations, and serves as a subject matter expert for NAR’s inclusion resources and content.
Prior to joining NAR, Ryan was the Associate Vice President of Institutional Equity and Diversity at Brown University where he led the implementation of the diversity and inclusion action plan and developed faculty search and hiring guides to identify the best talent. Ryan also served as the Director of Assessment and Educational Programs at Purdue University.
Ryan earned an executive coaching certification from Columbia University, master’s degree from Old Dominion University, and a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Connecticut State University.
