Robert M. Kulick, a 45-year real estate veteran broker in Northern California, was named the 92nd recipient of the prestigious National Association of REALTORS® Distinguished Service Award (DSA) at the REALTORS® Legislative & Trade Expo in Washington, D.C. Originally from Pennsylvania, Bob graduated from Penn State with a degree in Mathematics.
Active in organized real estate, Bob is the broker/owner of Nova Investment Inc. in Campbell, California. He currently serves as a Director for the California Association of REALTORS® and at the National level he serves on the board as a Committee Liaison and sits on the Executive Committee as well. Bob’s leadership and passion for the business has made him a model volunteer throughout the decades.
Previously, Bob served as President of the Santa Clara Association of REALTORS® and the California Association of REALTORS®. Over the years at the local, state, and national levels he has served on numerous Committees, Task Forces, and Working Groups. His passion has been in PAC Fundraising, Political Affairs, and the Public Policy arenas.
Bob’s pride and joy is his family, he and his wife Marilyn have been married for 52 years and enjoy travel immensely. They have two children and five grand-children. Kulick has written an Italian cookbook, enjoys fishing and gardening. Over the years, Bob has also given back to his community by volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, Martha’s Kitchen and other groups.
Bob was officially presented with the DSA Award during the Board of Directors Meeting at the REALTORS® Conference & Expo on Monday, November 6, 2017 in Chicago, IL.
