ShareLast week, over 10,000 REALTORS® from around the world gathered in Boston, Massachusetts to learn, network, and celebrate the best in the real estate business at NAR NXT, The REALTOR® Experience. While the week was full of highs for agents and association staff, the NAR REALTOR Benefits® team also took time over the weekend to pay homage to a few of the Benefits Partners who have gone above and beyond to bring success to NAR members this year. The four exceptional companies honored with this year’s NAR REALTOR Benefits® Awards were selected based on their innovation, dedication to member success, integration with the NAR community, and favor among REALTORS®.
“Our partners are the embodiment of our association’s mission to serve our members,” said VP of Strategic Partnerships Rhonny Barragan. “Celebrating the success and influence of our business partners is essential. Their contributions help make our members’ business ambitions come to life.”
Members' Choice Award
The first accolade awarded in Boston was the Members’ Choice Award. NAR members surveyed via email and in-person on the Expo Floor were given the chance to vote for their favorite Benefits Partner. The member favorite for 2024 was the REALTOR Team Store® – NAR’s official supplier of REALTOR®-logo branded promotional products. The quotes received directly from members highlighted just how much the REALTOR Team Store® excels in customer service and member dedication. Ann B. raved, “They are the best! Always prompt and [my] order[s] are always accurate.” Christy H. shared, “Everyone at the REALTOR Team Store® is always above-and-beyond helpful and accommodating,” with Susan P. adding, “[They’re] how I dress myself for success!”
Customer Experience Award
Real estate investment provider IRAR Trust Company was honored with the Customer Experience Award for its investment tools. The CX Award recognizes companies that embody the customer experience mentality, celebrating innovation, accomplishments, and contributions that have had a profound impact on NAR members. Community Award
Avis Budget Group, which offers members and their clients up to 35% off base car rental rates, took home the Community Award this year. The travel program was honored for the ways Avis and Budget have tailored their offering to meet the needs of the NAR community. They drive members' success through their new homebuyer and seller offering, by leveraging the seasonality of the business with timely promotions and discounts, and by always being available to meet with members at NAR events. “Travel services are one of the most sought-after benefits,” Barragan noted. “Avis Budget Group has continued to evolve, scale, and innovate custom travel products that meet the needs of our members.”
Good Partner Award
Meanwhile, the last award of the night, the Good Partner Award, went to 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. The fan-favorite junk removal company has truly gone above and beyond to challenge norms, meet member needs, and build relationships among the NAR REALTOR Benefits® partner community. 1-800-GOT-JUNK? was the very first NAR REALTOR Benefits® partner to develop an exclusive offer for commercial members, to create a customizable gift card for agents to offer their clients, and to step forward and mentor new partners – embodying the belief that together we are stronger.
