Nick Manis (GRI, ABR®, SFR®, C2EX, MRP, AHWD) a 20-year REALTOR® and real estate developer, is NAR’s 2025 Public & Federal Issues Liaison. He is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, and a licensed real estate instructor by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.
Nick served as president of New Jersey REALTORS® in 2023. He chaired NAR’s Federal Taxation Committee in 2021 and is the Federal Political Coordinator to U.S. Senator Cory Booker (D-N.J.). He is an RPAC Major Investor and President’s Circle member. Recognized for his community efforts, NAR gave him the REALTOR® Heroes Award in 2012 and the Good Neighbor Award (Honorable Mention) in 2013.
Nick holds a BS from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MBA from Rutgers University Graduate School of Business. He lives in Monmouth County, N.J., with his wife, Ioanna, and children Siena and Constantine.
