CHICAGO (January 10, 2023) – Seven members of the National Association of Realtors®’ executive and leadership teams, including 2023 President Kenny Parcell, were today named to the Swanepoel Power 200 List. Branded as the definitive ranking of leaders from America’s residential real estate brokerage industry, the SP 200 annually recognizes the field’s 200 most influential individuals based on eight distinct criteria. This year marks the tenth annual iteration of the list, which is created by residential real estate brokerage consultancy firm T3 Sixty.

Joining Parcell on the SP 200 are NAR CEO Bob Goldberg (13), General Counsel and Chief Member Experience Officer Katie Johnson (35), Chief Advocacy Officer Shannon McGahn (55), Chief Economist Lawrence Yun (96), Mark Birschbach, NAR’s Senior Vice President of Strategic Business, Innovation & Technology (116), and Dave Garland, managing partner of Second Century Ventures (196).

“I’m honored to join so many of my partners at NAR and peers from across U.S. real estate on this year’s SP 200 list,” said NAR’s CEO Bob Goldberg. “This is further recognition of the dedication displayed by every NAR staff member and volunteer leader in our ongoing work to serve U.S. consumers and provide them with the most efficient marketplace possible.”

Factors used by T3 Sixty judges in their consideration of honorees include size of the company they lead, personal leadership and influence within the industry, track record and recent initiatives, among others.

“These exceptional leaders have a few things in common: a keen eye for hiring talent and a diligent focus on sustainable growth,” said Stefan Swanepoel, executive chairman of T3 Sixty.

The SP 200 rankings feature 121 individuals representing real estate brokerages, 35 from organized real estate, 35 from technology companies, and nine who represent other sectors of the industry.

First published in 2014, the 2023 SP 200 can also be viewed at www.sp200.com.
