Matt Davis (GRI, C2EX, e-PRO®, MRP, PSA), a REALTOR® in Marshall, Mich., since 1997, is the National Association of REALTORS® Regional Vice President for Region 6, serving Michigan and Ohio.
Over the course of his career, Matt has worked as a broker, owner, and mentor to other professionals, growing his Real Estate One Franchise to 15 agents and guiding them through an ever-changing industry.
He has held numerous leadership roles throughout the REALTOR® organization. At the national level, he served as a Federal Political Coordinator from 2002 to 2022, during the terms of Congressmen John J.H. Schwarz and Tim Walberg. Matt has also served on the Federal Political Coordinator Advisory and REALTOR® Party Member Involvement committees, among others. In 2019, he was inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame.
At the state level, Matt served as 2019 Michigan REALTORS® President and in 2005 was recognized with the REALTOR® Active in Politics award. He is a past Chair of the Michigan Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons, having been appointed to an eight-year term by Gov. Rick Snyder.
He has been recognized as REALTOR® of the Year at both the local and state levels.
Outside of real estate, Matt is active in his community, serving on the boards of Kellogg Community College and the Marshall Public School District.
He’s married to Leigh and has four daughters and four grandkids.
