Automakers are taking advantage of the hot housing market to put their luxury brands on projects. Bentley Motors, a luxury car brand, is partnering with Dezer Development to build Bentley Residences in Miami, a luxury condo tower for Sunny Isles Beach, Fla.

This is the first Bentley-branded residential tower globally, which is set to begin construction in early 2023. The automaker is working with developers and architects to translate its luxury car design into a residential experience, a press release notes. Each residence will include an in-unit, multi-car garage, and a patented car Dezervator, an elevator for a car.

A 12,000-square-foot sales gallery opens this month to pre-sell 216 private beachfront residences in the building.

The units start at $4.2 million. Each home includes an individual balcony swimming pool, unobstructed ocean views, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

“Bentley Residences will be a true branding experience from the unseen details to the unique way the buyers will be able to go home,” says Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development. “Having four parking spaces adjacent to your unit with a swimming pool is a game-changer.”

Bentley Residences is set to officially debut in 2026.

Dezer Development has a history of partnering with automakers. It also created the Porsche Design Tower, a 60-story luxury residential skyscraper in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., that was built in 2017.
