Bill Lublin, CRS, GREEN, is the CEO of Philadelphia-based Century 21 Advantage Gold, which serves Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and president of Lublin Corporation, a property management company. Lublin is the 2024 president-elect for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®. He has served on over 70 NAR committees; in 2024, he was appointed to the MLS I&P Committee and the Sustainability Advisory Board.
