Kevin Sears

Kevin Sears, AHWD, C2EX, is the 2024 president of the National Association of REALTORS®. A broker associate with Sears Real Estate/Lamacchia Realty in Springfield, Mass., he specializes in single-family properties and property management. His extensive NAR involvement includes serving as vice president of government affairs, president’s liaison, and multiple roles in RPAC leadership. He's also a two-time RPAC Hall of Fame inductee and former Federal Political Coordinator for Rep. Richard Neal (D-Springfield). Beyond NAR, Kevin has led at the Massachusetts and Pioneer Valley associations, served as MAR President, and engaged with community organizations in Springfield. He holds a BA from Providence College and an MBA from Western New England University.
