David Kent

David Kent, ABR, CRS, is the broker-owner of The Real Buyer’s Agent in Mt. Pleasant, S.C. He has been an exclusive buyer’s agent since 1995 based on his belief that home buyers deserve equal representation when purchasing a home. Kent serves as NAR’s Region 4 vice president, serving Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. He has been a member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) since 2008 and was inducted into the REBAC Hall of Fame in 2010.

Brandon Martens

Brandon Martens is the broker-owner of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Beyond in Sioux Falls, S.D. Martens served as treasurer of his local board, the REALTOR® Association of the Sioux Empire, and then as president in 2014. He alsos served as the 2022 president of the South Dakota REALTORS® state organization. Martens established his company in January 2022 and expanded it to include a thriving commercial division that same year.

Dallison Veach

Dallison Veach, ABR, CRS, is the broker-owner of Veach Realty Group in Springfield, Va. She’s a third-generation real estate profession whose grandfather was a home builder in the post-World War II era. Veach is focused on building relationships with her clients with a personal, hands-on approach reflects that. “I tell people what I believe they need to hear, which isn’t always necessary what they want to hear,” she says. “I approach my clients with honesty, and I think they recognize and appreciate that.”
