Sam Medvene is a real estate founder, entrepreneur, speaker, philanthropist, and investor who lives and works in the Washington, D.C. area. As CEO of District Line Group, he and his team have quickly risen and remained in the top 1% in his region as well as been recognized as REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 for the multitude of accomplishments he has achieved thus far in his career. Sam is also co-founder of District Line Development, a cutting-edge development, real estate acquisition and holdings company that operates in the DMV that is growing into new territories nationally. Through Sam’s hard work, discipline, and focus on the ever-changing environments around him, he continues to keep the relationships and community around him at the forefront, believing that treating people fairly and honestly will allow for limitless successes in life.
Kristy Hairston is an accomplished REALTOR® and business executive with a passion for empowering others to excel. Licensed since 2006, Kristy started her career at the beginning of a recession, which she says taught her the mindset and skills needed to grow a real estate business in any climate. Kristy has emphasized proactive customer service, solution-focused creativity, and discipline as the foundations for building her real estate business. Kristy has also had the privilege of adding value to other agents through various organizational roles such as a coach, managing broker, and regional broker coordinator for various real estate companies. Kristy has served in various leadership roles within the National Association of REALTORS®, most recently serving as co-chair of the 2019 NAR Annual Conference. Kristy was honored to be voted Tennessee REALTORS®' 2018 Educator of the Year. Kristy currently serves her local association as the past-president of the Greater Nashville REALTORS®. Kristy volunteers within her community by serving as a board member for the Northwest YMCA and Habitat for Humanity Nashville. She is also a member of CABLE and Nashville Rotary.
