Nick Esposito, CIPS, SRS, is an agent with Gilsenan & Company in Ridgewood, N.J., who also serves as the 2024 chair of NAR’s Consumer Communications Committee. Additionally, Esposito is the 2024 president-elect for the Greater Bergen REALTORS®, where he also served as a director from 2019 to 2023. He was a 2022 graduate of NAR’s Leadership Academy.
