Fulfilling Dreams, One Acre at a Time

Hunter Hindman has been dedicated to learning everything he can about land and the buying and selling process so he can help clients achieve their dreams. “I also am outfitted and suited specifically for land. I bring the right tools to the job for this niche market, including a utility task vehicle, trailers, boots, mapping programs, chainsaws and anything else it takes to get the job done.”

He has sold land to not only farmers and outdoor enthusiasts but to those wanting to develop therapy and religious retreats. “Real estate is the American dream, and to me, it’s pretty special to help people achieve that.” It can be tough watching the emotions of farmers who need to sell the land their families have owned for generations. Hindman doesn’t push for a sale. He just listens and gives out information. “Some don’t list for six months after initially talking to them.”

He truly believes in the personal touch when it comes to clients and potential clients. “I follow up with my initial contacts with personal visits to the properties,” he says, adding that he also sends handwritten notes.

Hindman, 28, remains an avid outdoorsman, taking hunting trips to Mexico, Canada and the Sonoran Desert. He and his fiancée planned their June wedding at her father’s farm on the Meramec River—which Hindman had sold him a few years before. “We’re getting married on a bluff with the river bottom below.”
