Karen Johnson (ABR®, C2EX, E-PRO), a REALTOR® from Coral Springs. Fla., is the National Association of REALTORS® 2025 Commercial & Industry Specialties Liaison.
She has volunteered extensively in the REALTOR® organization. At the national level, Karen has served on the Board of Directors and on a number of committees. She also served as 2024 Vice Chair of the Reserves Investment Advisory Board. Karen is an RPAC Hall of Fame and President’s Circle member.
At the state level, Karen has served as a District 11 Vice President and Chair of the Strategic Thinking Committee, among other posts. Florida REALTORS® honored her with the 2024 Commercial REALTOR® Achievement Award.
Locally, she served as 2021 President of Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie REALTORS®. The association named her REALTOR® of the Year in 2022.
Active in her community, she works with Rebuilding Together, which provides home repairs and improvements to low-income homeowners, and Habitat for Humanity, among other causes.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from St. John’s University and a master’s in business from Nova Southeastern University.
