Jennifer Stevenson (ABR®, AHWD, C2EX, CIPS, GRI, e-PRO®, PSA, RSPS, SRS) is the 2024 National Association of REALTORS® Regional Vice President for Region 2, serving New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
A REALTOR® for nearly 30 years, Jennifer has been the owner and broker of Blue Heron Realty in Ogdensburg, N.Y., since 1999.
In 2020, she served as President of the New York State Association of REALTORS®, where she worked closely with state government during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jennifer has served NYSAR in various roles since 1995. She graduated from the NYSAR Leadership Academy in 2012. She was President of the NYSAR Housing Foundation in 2016 and participated in the Association's trade missions to Italy in 2014, 2016, 2018, and 2022.
At the national level, Jennifer served as Chair of Fair Housing Policy Committee in 2022. She was also Co-Chair of NAR's Property Appraisal and Valuation Equity Workgroup, established in response to the Biden Administration's federal PAVE initiative, which seeks to combat discrimination in home appraisals.
Jennifer is a longtime champion of the real estate and businesses community in St. Lawrence County. Since 1995, she has been a member and orientation instructor for the St. Lawrence County Board of REALTORS® and is also a member of the Northern Adirondack Board of REALTORS®. She previously served as President of the Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce.
Jennifer is deeply committed to charitable endeavors, especially those that bolster access to affordable housing. She is actively involved with Habitat for Humanity of New York State and served on its Board of Directors from 2014 to 2022. As a Rotarian, she is a Paul Harris Fellow and was previously President of the Rotary Club of Ogdensburg.
Jennifer was recently appointed by New York Governor Kathy Hochul to serve a second term on the SUNY Canton College Council.
