Jennifer Branchini (AHWD, ABR®, C2EX, CRS, e-PRO®, PSA), a REALTOR® since 1998, is the National Association of REALTORS® 2024 Regional Vice President for Region 13, serving California, Guam, and Hawaii.
Jennifer co-manages a Compass office in Pleasanton, Calif., and actively works to advance the real estate profession at the local, state, and national levels. Over the course of her career, Jennifer has taken on numerous leadership positions. Most recently, she served as the 2023 President of the California Association of REALTORS®.
Jennifer is passionate about collaborating with her fellow members. She puts emphasis on mentorship, prioritizing ways to guide and support others in their careers.
Beyond her involvement in real estate, Jennifer is an avid runner and values quality time with her husband, Cam, and their three children.
