Jennifer Branchini (ABR®, CRS, AHWD, C2EX, e-PRO®, PSA), a REALTOR® since 1998, is the 2025 National Association of REALTORS® Vice President of Association Affairs.
Jennifer co-manages a Compass office in Pleasanton, Calif., and actively works to advance the real estate profession at the local, state, and national levels. Over the course of her career, she has taken on numerous leadership positions. Most recently, she served as the 2024 NAR Region 13 Regional Vice President and the 2023 President of the California Association of REALTORS®.
Jennifer is passionate about collaborating with her fellow members and places a high priority on mentorship, finding ways to guide and support their professional journeys.
Beyond her involvement in real estate, Jennifer is an avid runner and values quality time with her husband, Cam, and their three children.
