In the event a REALTOR® has a principal office in one and only a branch office in another association, and the branch office manager is a REALTOR® member of the second association but is not a principal of the real estate firm with which he is affiliated, the branch manager shall be considered as standing in the shoes of the principal, and shall be eligible for participation in the multiple listing service of any association’s MLS where he qualifies as a participant.
