Janigian struggled as a single mother with no money, credit or assets. After she got onto her feet and began her real estate career, she saw an opportunity to give other women a boost. Through her nonprofit She Is Hope LA, she has helped more than 1,200 single mothers to access credit assistance, financial training, jobs, housing, food and real estate scholarships.
