The Good Neighbor Award winners and honorable mentions are selected each year by a multi-stage criteria-based judging process.
The public is also invited to vote to select their favorites of the 10 Good Neighbor Award finalists. The three with the most votes are crowned as the Web Choice Favorites. The 2024 Web Choice Favorites—sponsored and funded by Realtor.com®—are:

who will receive a $2,500 bonus grant for The Red Basket Project Inc.
Tisha Janigian
who will receive a $1,250 bonus grant for She is Hope LA.
Stacy Horst
who will receive a $1,250 bonus grant for the Erin's Hope for Friends.
