Receive a 2-10% discount on United Airlines, United Express or other United approved airlines. These discounts apply for travel three days before and three days after the meetings. Discounts are not permitted on Basic Economy fares. Flight reservations can be made online. If booking through the United app or on the United website, enter the code ZZQA4783652 into the Promotional Offer box to get the discount. Tickets may also be booked by calling the United Meetings Desk Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. CST, and Saturdays/Sundays from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST at 800-426-1122 for booking assistance. Booking fees are waived for Meeting Reservations.
