2025 Program Overview

The NAR education program for Association and MLS Counsel is back! Join us October 1-2, 2025, for this year’s NAR Legal Counsel Summit in Chicago. Connect with peers as you hear the most up-to-date legal and risk management issues facing associations, MLSs, and real estate professionals today.

The two-day program will kick off on Wednesday, Oct. 1, with a Professional Standards Session led by experts to help you navigate complex professional standards administration and enforcement issues with real world scenarios and engaging discussion. Thursday’s agenda will feature an in-depth Legal Session, led by NAR’s legal team.

In-person attendees are also invited to join us for a Networking Reception located on the Sky Level of the NAR Headquarters building in Chicago.
