Erin Stumpf (ABR®, GREEN, SRES®, SRS, AHWD, C2EX, e-PRO®, RENE), a broker-associate with Coldwell Banker Realty in Sacramento, Calif., is NAR’s 2025 Housing Issues Liaison.
In addition to her work counseling and representing buyers and sellers, Erin is proficient in short sales, 1031 exchanges, and trust estate and probate sales. She has been an “Outstanding Life Member” of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® Masters Club for 18 consecutive years.
A long-time association volunteer, Erin has served in numerous leadership roles on committees at all three levels of governance. Notably, she served as 2022 President of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS®, where, in 2019, she was selected as REALTOR® of the Year. She is a 2024 graduate of NAR’s Leadership Academy class, which she calls the “best class ever.”
In her community, Erin serves as a commissioner on the Arden-Arcade Community Planning Advisory Council, a group that collects community feedback on local development projects and makes recommendations to the Sacramento County Planning Commission.
In her free time, Erin enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, running, and cycling; spending time with family; and cheering for the San Francisco Giants. She is married to Greg Wilson, and is proud stepmom to Patrick and Cameron, and dog mom to Citra and Nugget.
Erin earned her bachelor’s degree in Spanish with a minor in ethnic studies, as well as a master’s degree in public policy and administration from California State University in Sacramento.
