Eric Gibbs

Eric Gibbs Sr. (AHWD, C2EX, PSA, SFR®) is 2025 Member Services Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS®. A real estate pro since 2006, he specializes in first-time buyers, military relocation, investors, and distressed sellers. He is the broker and co-owner of BIG Realty Solutions in Tucson, Ariz.

As an advocate for the membership, Eric has volunteered at all three levels of the organization. At the national level, he served on the Governance Game Changer Presidential Advisory Group and on a number of committees, including Executive and Fair Housing Policy.

He was 2023 President of Arizona REALTORS® and 2016 President of the Tucson Association of REALTORS®. For his leadership, he was honored as REALTOR® of the Year in Arizona in 2023 and in Tucson in 2012.

Eric is a 14-year U.S. Navy veteran. He and his wife of 31 years, Dawne, live in Marana, Ariz. They have three adult children: Eric II, Anais, and Alexis, as well as a granddaughter, Paloma. When he's not working, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, grilling, reading, and being outdoors.
