Eloise Gauthier (GRI, AHWD, e-PRO®, C2EX) is the NAR Regional Vice President for Region 10 (Louisiana, Texas). With 35-plus years’ experience in the industry, Eloise is the broker-owner of Gauthier Real Estate, Inc. in Lafayette, La., a full-service company selling residential, multi-family, and commercial real estate.
Eloise has served on or chaired almost every committee with her local association, the REALTOR® Association of Acadiana. She was the 2004 president and 2007 treasurer of the association. She received their REALTOR® of the Year award in 2005, Peer Award in 2006, and Lloyd G. Smith Lifetime Award in 2016.
At the state level, Eloise served as 2022 president of Louisiana REALTORS®, and also held the positions of Secretary-Treasurer, RVP, and LARPAC Chair. She received the Louisiana REALTORS® 2005 REALTOR® Hero Award. In 2016, Governor John Bel Edwards appointed Eloise to a six-year term on the Louisiana Real Estate Commission.
Eloise is active in her church and teaches Children’s Church. A breast cancer survivor, she has participated in the Susan G. Komen Cancer Walk.
