What Is an SRS Designation, and Who Is It For?

The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation.  It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance.  The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational criteria.

How to Earn the SRS Designation

Education

• Complete the SRS course, either online/self-paced or in a classroom/virtual setting.
• Successfully complete an approved elective course.

Exam

• An exam is required for online courses. No exam is required for most classroom or live virtual courses.

Professional Affiliation

• Member in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®

• Submit the designation application to the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI)

  • International application

Cost

• No application fee
• Annual dues
  • Waived for the first 12 months
  • $99 each subsequent year
