Daniel Guerra is the 2025 Global Real Estate Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS®. With over 30 years’ experience in the industry, Daniel is vice president of sales for Fortune International Realty in South Florida, where he is responsible for leading agents in both residential and commercial transactions.
Daniel was the 2021 president of the Residential Board of Governors for the Miami Association of REALTORS®, and currently serves on the Commercial Board of Governors for that association. He served as a director for Florida REALTORS®, the 2024 District 4 Vice President for Florida REALTORS®, and has been an NAR Director since 2019. He is also a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.
Daniel has been involved in projects in the Bahamas, Costa Rica, Spain, and Panama, and participated with the American Embassy commercial attaché traveling the world speaking on the U.S. real estate market.
