Cindy Creamer (ABR®, C2EX, PSA, RENE, SFR®) is the National Association of REALTORS® 2025 Regional Vice President for Region 4, serving Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Cindy has been active at all levels of the organization. She has served on the NAR State and Local Issues Mobilization Committee, the RPAC Participation Council, and the Major Investor Council. She is the 2025 Chair of the South Carolina REALTORS® Leadership Academy.
Cindy was 2022 President of South Carolina REALTORS®. She also served two terms on the SCR executive committee as the Regional Vice President for 2016 and 2017. She was President of the Hilton Head Area REALTORS® in 2015 and 2018.
In 2023, Cindy was named REALTOR® of the Year by South Carolina REALTORS®. She has been awarded the Hilton Head REALTOR® Service Award every year since 2010. Cindy was named Hilton Head Area REALTOR® of the Year in 2016.
She is an RPAC Golden R Major Investor and has been a President’s Circle Member since 2017. Cindy is a proud member of the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame.
A REALTOR® with Dunes Real Estate in South Carolina, Cindy has 18 years of experience in the industry.
Cindy is also active in her community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Hospice Care of the Lowcountry and the Children’s Trust of South Carolina. Cindy also served as chair of the Town of Hilton Head Venue committee from 2016 to 2019.
She and her husband, Mark, have been married for 17 years. They enjoy spending time with their children and seven grandchildren.
