Chris Beadling, a REALTOR® for 20 years, is the 2025 Regional Vice President for Region 2 (New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania). He is a past president of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®. He also served as the chair of the Suburban REALTORS® Alliance in 2015.
Chris is the managing partner and broker of record of Quinn & Wilson, Inc. REALTORS® in Montgomery County and a licensed continuing education instructor. He also teaches continuing legal education (CLE) for the Bucks County Bar Association. He is the first Pennsylvania REALTOR® to graduate from NAR’s prestigious Leadership Academy.
Chris holds a master’s degree from LaSalle University and a bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University, where he was the president of the Alumni Association.
