Cathy Colvin

Cathy Colvin (CIPS, CRS, SRES®, AHWD, SFR®), a REALTOR® in Albuquerque, N.M., is the National Association of REALTORS® 2025 Member Engagement Liaison. She is an associate broker with Vista Encantada, REALTORS®.

Cathy has been active at all three levels of the REALTOR® organization. At the national level, she was 2018 Regional Vice President for Region 11, sits on the Board of Directors, and has chaired the State and Local Issues Mobilization Support and Risk Management committees. She graduated from the NAR Leadership Academy in 2013.

At the state level, Cathy served as 2013 President of the New Mexico Association of REALTORS®, which named her REALTOR® of the Year in 2016. She has also served as New Mexico Chapter President for the Residential Real Estate Council.

Locally, Cathy served as 2006 President of the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®, where she was named 2006 Salesperson of the Year and the 2008 REALTOR® of the Year. 

Cathy is a graduate of New Mexico State University where she studied engineering.
