A nearly $2 million listing designed inside and out in bright hues of pinks became the perfect backdrop for Lang Realty broker-associate Erik Nissani to launch a fundraising driving for cancer. Nissani channeled all the pink property vibes in the Boca Raton, Fla., home to kickoff the brokerage’s annual “Door for a Cure” campaign in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October.

The property also happens to be located in what’s known as the pink city of Boca Raton.

“This property is truly one-of-a-kind and the listing couldn’t be more timely,” says Nissani. He is pledging to donate a portion of commissions from the sale of the home as well a portion of other sales closed in October to the American Cancer Society and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Lang Realty will match any funds.

The pink corridors of the $1.995 million-listed home is grabbing attention in this custom designed, three-bedroom, three-bath home. The pink hues play to the resort-feel of the Boca Raton area.

On the outside, the home features a pink gate, pink-laden pool and spa, and a pink front door.

Throughout the month of October, Lang Realty will be turning its marketing “pink,” too. The website, social media and advertising will all be in pink, along with the Lang Realty sales offices that will be outfitted in pink décor.

“We have supported this cause, one that hits close to home for so many of us, for more than a decade,” says Scott Agran, president of Lang Realty. “Unfortunately, many of our own agents and staff have personally battled this disease or have gone through this with loved ones.”
