- By age, REALTOR® homeownership rate increases—94 percent of members age 60 or older own their home compared to 78 percent among members 39 and younger.
- In fact, 43 percent of NAR members own residential property that is not their primary residence or vacation home, 16 percent of REALTORS® own a vacation home, and 10 percent own a commerical property.
