The National Association of REALTORS® awarded the 2018 Platinum Global Achievement Program Award to the Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTORS® Global Business Council at the REALTORS® Annual Conference & Expo in Boston, MA. The Association staff and volunteer leaders demonstrated high levels of achievement in the five evaluated categories: Business Plan, Marketing & Communication, Events/Education, Outreach and Benchmarking.

In addition to excelling in the above categories, the EBCBOR Global Business Council used the strength of their council to get invited to an exclusive closed-door meeting for their councils members with FIABCI New York Northeast Council to go over new projects and developments coming to the tri-state area. In addition to connecting their members with business opportunities, they also took a trip to the United Nations to connect with Ambassadors and to learn more about the economic trends currently taking place internationally.

In 2017, 2016 and 2015, the EBCBOR Global Business Council received the Platinum Achievement Award. Prior to that, in 2013 and 2014, they held Gold.
