The National Association of REALTORS® awarded the DIAMOND Global Achievement Program Award to the Arcadia Association of REALTOR®’s Global Business Committee at the Annual Conference & Expo in Boston, MA. The Association staff and volunteer leaders have demonstrated six consecutive years of consistently high levels of achievement in the five evaluated categories: Business Plan, Marketing & Communication, Events/Education, Outreach and Benchmarking.

An association with approximately 2,400 members, they have a fully self-sustained Global Committee that excels at providing programming bi-monthly with attendance that continually surpasses prior records. In addition to in-person opportunities for learning, they have dedicated one issue of their association-wide, bi-monthly publication to global topics. They are also one of, if not the only Association of REALTORS®, to offer zipForm Plus Training in Mandarin.

In 2019, they are working with another local association on an outbound trade mission to China. Arcadia proves that regardless of size, you can have a major impact on the global landscape in your own backyard and they have been the shining example of how to do that for the past 6 years. Collaboration, ingenuity and knowing your members has taken this committee to the highest levels of achievement.

In 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, the AAR Global Business Committee received the Platinum Achievement Award. Prior to that, they held Gold in 2012 and Silver in 2011.
