The National Association of REALTORS® awarded the 2017 Platinum Global Achievement Program Award to the Arcadia Association of REALTOR®’s Global Business Committee at the Annual Conference & Expo in Chicago, IL. The Association staff and volunteer leaders demonstrated high levels of achievement in the five evaluated categories: Business Plan, Marketing & Communication, Events/Education, Outreach and Benchmarking.

In addition to excelling in the above categories, as a smaller association of approximately 2,300 members, they have a fully self-sustained Global Committee that excels at providing programming bi-monthly with attendance that continually surpasses prior records. Not only do they serve their members education and networking needs, but also by inviting their local civic leaders to AoR and Global events, they were asked to be a key contributor for a local citywide project. The local city that they cover was working on a project and needed local sales data from Arcadia. Because of that community relationship, they were recognized by the local City Council.

In 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, the AAR Global Business Committee received the Platinum Achievement Award. Prior to that, they held Gold in 2012 and Silver in 2011.
