REALTORS® M1, or Members First, is a powerful member information engagement platform, intended to be the single source of truth for clean, accurate, and actionable member data. The goal of REALTORS® M1 is to improve the user experience, meet association needs for member data management, and ultimately elevate member productivity.

The first of many modernization efforts, REALTORS® M1 is supported by NAR Leadership, and led by NAR's CIO and CFO. The project team collaborated with Association Executives, association staff, MLSs, AMSs, NAR staff, and many others to build a nimble and flexible system.

What time do they start?

Sessions are typically held twice monthly on Tuesdays at 11 AM Central Daylight Time.

Are they all the same? What is covered?

Sessions are tailored based on helpdesk traffic, feedback, and deadlines. Attendees can ask questions for collective benefit.

Where can I find a link to register?

Upcoming sessions and registration links are available on the Live Demos calendar.

Are recordings available?

Recordings are usually available upon request.

Where can I find additional training resources?

Visit the M1 Help section for user manuals and training videos.

Can members change their information in M1?

Members should use the “My Account” page or their association portal for updates. Association POEs have limited permission to make changes in M1.
