Community Outreach

the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® on Volunteer Day — More than 100 Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (North Carolina) members made birthday boxes and more for families in need at Dorcas Ministries in Cary.

Forty-three percent of REALTOR® associations took part in this year’s REALTOR® Volunteer Days, June 1–9, for a total of 473 associations nationwide.

Member volunteers—about 120,000 strong—helped build houses, distributed care packages, served or packaged food, helped local animal shelters and much more.

In Missouri alone, Missouri REALTORS® and its local associations hosted 30 events, involving 400-plus REALTOR® volunteers helping 10,000 Missouri residents.

Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS® serve lunch at Camp Able — Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS® (Florida) volunteers offered lunch at Camp Able, serving people of all ages with diverse abilities.

Lake of the Ozarks Board of REALTORS® at treasure hunt fundraiser — The Lake of the Ozarks Board of REALTORS® (Missouri) helped with the Great Shootout Treasure Hunt, a fundraiser for the Laurie-Sunrise Beach Rotary Club, which supports local charities, police and fire departments.
