We will be engaging the Directors of Commercial Real Estate from our local Consulate Offices, as well as industry experts speaking on Commercial Real Estate and Foreign Investment.

REALTORS® with Heart - Host an educational event to raise funds to purchase Automated External Defibrillators (AED) to place in local commercial buildings. The event will consist of a 3 hour training course to provide CPR and AED usage training. Partnering with the local City Council, community thought leaders and key business players to work collaboratively to implement our initiative of making Greater Cincinnati a Heart Safe City.

Commercial Ambassadors Program (CAP) Circle Plus - Second phase of the successful Mentorship Project for residential and junior commercial REALTORS® to encourage an apprenticeship with experienced commercial practitioners to share knowledge, experience, and business savviness. Now in response to the increased demand for commercial real estate education along with the success of the CAP Square One Program, the CAP Circle Plus will offer in-depth level of commercial trainings and programs geared for those who have completed the first phase. CAP Circle Plus will be led by industry leaders and arranged in a circle style setting to encourage active discussions and dynamic flow of ideas among participants over 5 programs held throughout the year.

Commercial Retail Bus Tour & Course - A tour of retail development and redevelopment through the region, showcasing opportunities for investment in the community, along with educational content to complement each tour. The Commercial Council will strategize with local retailers and new retail development on implementing a bus tour and class, highlighting the retail assets that have had a profound effect on the area and significant retail contributions that have made Memphis and its infrastructure, models for other regions to follow.

Missouri 2015 Commercial Day

Missouri REALTORS® Commercial Day 2015- This year Missouri will be hosting an April and September Business Conference and for the first time one day of each of these conferences will be designated Commercial Day. While the attendance will be encouraged from commercial members from across the state to discuss commercial real estate technology and other important issues, the agenda will be heavily focused on the Kansas City commercial real estate market in the spring and on the Springfield market in the fall. By "taking the program to the market" the association hopes to engage a large population center of the state and elevate the exposure of the work Missouri REALTORS® I and NAR in advocacy and other areas.
