Matt Clements

Matt Clements is the founder and CEO of The Clements Group at Keller Williams Realty in Laguna Niguel, Calif. He also is the founder of the Orange County Young Professionals Network and author of the Young Professionals Network Playbook. Clements was the youngest person ever to hold the office of president at the Orange County REALTORS® association. In 2016, he served as chairman of the California Association of REALTORS® YPN when the group won the State Network of the Year.

Wayne Salmans

Wayne Salmans is an empowerment coach who is the founder and CEO of The Hero Nation. A former real estate broker, Salmans previously worked as a coach with Keller Williams Realty International. He was named one of REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 in 2009.
